For SEM, If you would like to use keywords that are more competitive because normally it’s hard to cross because of the high competitors. SEM would help to better increase your chances by paying a small fee and it would use Ad words. They could also use if you need traffic but in a shorter timing this would be a good choice to use.
SEM would be able to give a better exposure and it would give the company an advantage to increase to the top few on the search engine, mostly visitors would click on organic results then paid listings so this could be difficult to compete.
